Instalytics by Encompass Ideas respects your right to privacy and gives you full control over your data.

If you have used Instalytics and wish to delete your data from our systems, you may request removal by following the instructions below:


Steps to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an Email Request
    Email us at admin@encompassideas.com with the subject line:
    “Data Deletion Request – [Your Instagram Handle]”

  2. Include the Following Details:

    • Your full name

    • Your Instagram username or handle

    • The email ID associated with your use of Instalytics

    • A short message confirming your request to delete any stored data

  3. Verification Process
    We may contact you for verification purposes to ensure the request is authentic and to prevent unauthorized deletions.

  4. Deletion Timeline
    Once verified, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email.


Important Notes

  • We only store minimal, non-sensitive data for temporary processing and lead generation purposes.

  • No Instagram credentials or private account data is stored without explicit consent.

  • If you used the tool anonymously (without providing contact information), there may be no stored data associated with you.
