Working with us

How are you different from other agencies? #

We're senior-led, not junior-run, and we hold ourselves accountable from strategy through to execution, not just the plan.

Are you majorly AI-dependent, or are there senior strategic advisors? #

Senior strategic advisors lead every engagement. AI supports research and reporting; it doesn't replace the thinking.

Booking and the first call

What happens after I book? #

You have an introductory call with one of our consultants. It runs up to 30 minutes and is there to understand your requirement and explain the solutions we offer. Fees and scope are agreed after the call, and nothing starts until you say yes.

Who will I speak to? #

One of our consultants, directly. The call is for understanding your requirement and explaining the solutions we offer.

What do I need to prepare for the call? #

Nothing formal. It helps to know your website or store link, which service you are interested in, and the bottleneck you most want fixed.

What does it cost? #

We agree fees and scope with you after the introductory call, once we understand your requirement. Nothing starts until you say yes.

Is there a minimum commitment? #

It depends on your business and what we agree together. We set it out before you decide.

How long does the audit take? #

It depends on your business. On average, we turn it around within a week.

What happens after I submit the audit request? #

You'll hear from our team to confirm scope, then receive your findings and a recommended next step, with no obligation to continue.

What if we're not a good fit? #

We'll tell you directly, and where possible point you toward what would help instead.

Growth Consulting

What is D2C growth consulting? #

D2C growth consulting is a structured review of your positioning, product, customer journey, channels and economics to find what is actually limiting growth, followed by a prioritised plan. It focuses on acquisition, conversion and retention together rather than one channel in isolation.

How do you create a growth strategy? #

We diagnose the brand, funnel and channels first, then define positioning, audience segments and channel strategy, and turn that into a roadmap with priorities, benchmarks and owners. The plan is built around your customer journey and your numbers, such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and customer lifetime value.

Is this strategy only, or do you execute too? #

Both are available. Some brands take the blueprint and run it with their own team; others ask us to carry it into performance marketing, creative, creators and storefront work. You decide after the diagnosis, and our services can be bought individually.

How can growth consulting help my brand? #

It shows you where the next rupee of effort will do the most good. That usually means clearer positioning, better audience focus, fewer channels working against each other and a measurable plan to lower acquisition cost and improve conversion.

How do you measure business growth? #

We agree the measures in the blueprint, typically revenue and orders, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value, and review them on a fixed cadence. Targets are set from your own baseline; we do not promise outcomes in advance.

Performance Marketing

What is performance marketing for a D2C brand? #

It is paid advertising managed against a measurable result such as purchases, leads or return on ad spend. The aim is to acquire customers at a cost your margins can support, so creative, audiences, bidding and landing pages are reviewed together.

Which platforms do you manage? #

We manage Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads across Search, Display and YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting. We recommend channels based on where your customers actually enquire and buy, not on a fixed package.

How do you improve ROAS and lower CAC? #

We look at the whole path from ad to purchase: sharper audiences, a structured creative testing plan, cleaner tracking, and landing pages that remove friction. Budget moves toward what is paying back and away from what is not. We do not promise specific ROAS or CAC numbers in advance.

Do you also work on landing pages and conversion? #

Yes. More traffic does not always mean more business, so we improve the landing page and journey alongside the ads. For deeper storefront work, see E-Commerce Development & Optimization.

How soon will I see results? #

Timing depends on your category, budget, tracking quality and creative. Early signals on click-through and conversion usually appear first, and scaling decisions follow once there is enough data. We share what we see at every review rather than committing to a date.

Amazon & Marketplace Marketing

What does an Amazon marketing agency do? #

It improves how your products are found, how well they convert and how profitably they sell. That covers keyword research, listing copy, A+ Content and images, advertising, launch planning and ongoing reporting.

What are ACoS and ROAS? #

ACoS (advertising cost of sales) is ad spend divided by ad-attributed sales, shown as a percentage. ROAS (return on ad spend) is ad-attributed sales divided by ad spend. They are inverse views of the same relationship. Neither tells you profit on its own, so we read them against your margins. See Amazon’s guides to ACoS and ROAS.

What is TACoS? #

TACoS (total advertising cost of sales) compares ad spend with total sales, including organic, and is widely used by sellers to judge whether advertising is building organic demand. It is an industry metric rather than one defined by Amazon, so we state the formula we use in every report.

Which Amazon ad types do you manage? #

We work with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, choosing the mix by goal: capture demand, build brand presence or retarget interested shoppers. Amazon explains the formats in its advertising basics guide.

Do I need Brand Registry? #

Brand Registry needs a registered or pending trademark, and it unlocks tools such as A+ Content, Sponsored Brands, Stores and Brand Analytics. If you are eligible, we recommend enrolling. See Amazon Brand Registry and confirm current eligibility for your marketplace.

How long does it take to see results on Amazon? #

Early movement in traffic and click-through can show within a few weeks, with meaningful scaling usually taking longer, depending on category and competition. These are indicative timelines, not guarantees.

Influencer & UGC Marketing

How do you choose the right creators? #

Selection is based on audience demographics, engagement quality, content style, niche relevance and historical campaign performance, not follower count alone.

Which size of creator do you use? #

Strategies can use nano, micro, macro or celebrity creators depending on goals and budget. Smaller creators are often a fit for authenticity and UGC; larger ones for reach.

What is the difference between influencer marketing and UGC? #

In influencer marketing, creators promote your brand to their own audience. UGC is creator-generated content that your brand can repurpose across ads, websites, email and social, often without posting on the creator’s own channel.

Can we use creator content in our ads? #

Yes, with the right usage rights agreed in writing. We set these out before the campaign so content can be used in Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, product pages and email.

Do creators have to disclose that a post is paid? #

Yes. India’s Department of Consumer Affairs endorsement guidelines and the ASCI influencer guidelines require clear disclosure of a material connection with a brand. ASCI lists labels such as #Advertisement, #Ad, #Sponsored, #Collaboration and #Partnership, and expects disclosure to be upfront and prominent; for video, required duration depends on the video length. We brief disclosure into every campaign. This is general information, not legal advice. See the ASCI FAQ and the DCA endorsement guidelines.

How do you measure success? #

Measures include reach, engagement, website traffic, conversions, CAC, ROAS and revenue. We agree which matter most for your goal before the campaign starts.

Social Media & Content

What does complete social media growth management include? #

It covers strategy, content planning, creative production, posting, community management, influencer and UGC work, and paid social, all reported against your business goals.

How do you build a social media strategy? #

We study your audience, competitors, positioning and business goals, then choose the platforms, formats and themes most likely to support them. The plan is reviewed regularly against results.

What kind of content performs best? #

It depends on your audience and goal. We typically combine short-form video and reels, carousels and static creative, and storytelling content, then keep what performs and retire what does not.

How long does social media marketing take to work? #

Engagement signals can appear within weeks, while a steady link to enquiries and orders usually builds over months, depending on your category, budget and consistency. We report what we see and do not promise a date.

Do you run paid social as well? #

Yes. We run and optimize paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and use the best organic and creator content as ad creative. For deeper paid work, see Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition.

E-Commerce Development

How is this different from a website development agency? #

A typical web agency delivers a site. We treat the store as a growth asset, so strategy, UX, conversion, checkout, retention and measurement are planned together and improved after launch.

How do you improve conversion rate? #

We study the customer journey and behaviour data, then improve navigation, product pages, speed and checkout, and validate changes with testing where traffic allows. We do not promise a specific uplift in advance.

Why does checkout matter so much? #

Because that is where buyers with intent leave. Baymard Institute’s research puts the average documented online cart abandonment rate at 70.19%, and its checkout research finds many sites have room to improve the experience. See Baymard’s cart abandonment statistics.

Does site speed affect results? #

Yes, it is part of the experience. Google’s Core Web Vitals treat a largest contentful paint of 2.5 seconds or less, interaction to next paint of 200 milliseconds or less and cumulative layout shift of 0.1 or less as good, measured at the 75th percentile of real visits. See web.dev on Core Web Vitals.

Do you build custom D2C stores and redesigns? #

Yes. We build custom D2C stores and redesign existing ones, on Shopify or custom builds, depending on what your business needs. We choose the platform after the diagnosis, not before it.

What about retention after the first purchase? #

Repeat purchase is part of the storefront’s job. We set up the on-site pieces, and for WhatsApp and email flows we work with you through Retention Marketing.

Back to topics

Retention Marketing

What is retention marketing? #

It is the planned communication that brings existing customers back to purchase again, using owned channels such as WhatsApp and email. It focuses on repeat purchase, customer lifetime value and revenue earned per message.

Why use WhatsApp and email together? #

WhatsApp is fast and personal, suited to reminders, order updates and replies; email is better for richer content and larger sends. Used together, each can do the job it suits best.

Do customers need to opt in to WhatsApp messages? #

Yes. Meta requires opt-in before a business sends messages on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Marketing templates are charged per delivered message, and there are rules about the 24-hour customer service window. See Meta’s documentation on sending messages and pricing. Rates and rules change, so we confirm the current position when we scope your programme.

What do email providers expect from senders? #

Large mailbox providers expect authenticated sending and an easy way to unsubscribe, and they penalise high spam-complaint rates. We set up authentication and unsubscribe handling as part of the programme. See Google’s email sender guidelines.

Does data protection law affect this? #

Yes. India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and its Rules, notified in November 2025, bring notice and consent obligations that apply from 13 May 2027 under the current Rules. We build consent capture with this in mind. This is general information, not legal advice; confirm with your counsel.

Which flows should we start with? #

Usually welcome, cart and browse recovery, and post-purchase, because they reach customers closest to a decision. Replenishment and win-back follow once there is enough purchase history.
